Sushen Thiyagarajan is the founder of OpineSquare, a strategy and advisory collective built to help digital health innovators, payers, and government partners bridge the gap between vision and execution.

With over a decade of experience in healthcare strategy, public health modernization, and federal consulting, Sushen has worked alongside leaders at the HHS, DHA and VA and some of the nation’s largest payers to reimagine how technology, policy, and operations come together to improve population health.

His journey through management consulting, health IT, and corporate strategy has shaped his philosophy: that healthcare transformation happens when sharp insight meets disciplined execution. At OpineSquare, Sushen brings this perspective to life — helping clients design smarter pathways for growth, compliance, and impact.
